15-year-old Alexis Secoy was last seen at approximately 5:00 pm on April 25, 2017 in Bennington, VT. Alexis was last seen wearing tan slacks, a red slong sleeve shirt with a grey t-shirt over it, a blue coat with blue Nike sneaker and she may have been riding a black Mongoose bike.
Foul play is not suspected at this time, but there are concerns for Alexis’s welfare. It is unknown where Alexis may be headed, but she has ties in the Rutland County and Bennington County area.

Circumstance: Jonathan was last seen at 7-Eleven at Westford and Chelmsford Streets. He just bought a new car less than a month ago and left it behind along with all of his belongings. He is a dependable worker and this is out of his character which has family and friends extremely worried. Jonathan has no known enemies or problems that would make them fear he was in trouble, nor does he have any known history of mental illness.

13 Year Anniversary of the Disappearance of Brianna Maitland
Montgomery, VT – 03/17/17 – Sunday, March 19th, 2017 marks the 13 year anniversary of the disappearance of Brianna Maitland. Investigators continue to investigate active leads in this case and believe there is a strong indication that Brianna was in fact, a victim of foul play. Brianna Maitland, 17 years old at the time of her disappearance, was last seen at her place of employment at the Black Lantern Inn, located in Montgomery, VT. Brianna reportedly left work on March 19, 2004, at approximately 11:20PM. Brianna’s car was discovered the next day adjacent to an abandoned farmhouse, located on VT Route 118 in the town of Montgomery, a short distance from work. There is no evidence at this time to indicate that Brianna willingly left the area.
The Vermont State Police, along with the Maitland family, cannot overemphasize the importance of anyone coming forward with information. The Maitland family continues to offer a $20,000 reward for information. This reward includes $10,000 for anyone who can identify the exact location of Brianna and $10,000 for anyone with information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for her disappearance. The family reward will expire on July 1st 2017 so anyone with information is encouraged to come forward as soon as possible. The State Police remain optimistic that new information will lead to a resolution in this case.
The Vermont State Police is offering a reward of up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the resolution of this case and/or information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible. The Vermont State Police offers rewards on specific major cases with an emphasis on unsolved homicides and missing persons where foul play is suspected.

45-year-old Rebecca Phipps and her 15-year-old daughter Trinity Welkar were last seen on January 8, 2017 at their residences in Winooski, VT and Essex, VT respectively. Trinity and Rebecca are believed to be together and have been missing for 61 days.

17-year-old Selinda Jean Winegar was reported missing on March 1, 1979 after not returning to her family’s residence on Forest Street in Burlington, VT. Prior to her disappearance she had fallen in with a bad crowd and was the entire Winegar family, especially Selinda were receiving threatening phone calls.
After her disappearance , the family received an anonymous phone call indicating that Selinda was murdered and her body was in the Winooski River—this has never been verified. 26 years ago today, 16-year-old Heide Wilbur was reported missing. Heide was in the custody of the State of Vermont at the time of her disappearance. Heide was living with a foster family in the Rutland, VT area, but received weekend pass to visit with her biological family in Middletown Springs, VT at the time she went missing.
Heide was last seen by family members at their residence in Middletown Springs, VT. Authorities believe that she left on her own accord and has not been seen since. Heide’s family believes that she moved to Florida and has been living there for years., but nothing has been confirmed.
